It is very important to the staff at Romain Cleaning Service that our clients receive the highest standard of cleaning that you deserve and your paying your hard earned money to receive. We ask that after each cleaning you take a few minutes to fill in this report card. Remember to list the name of your cleaning tech (or we can look it up). The goal is to give them both positive and negative feedback so that they we can continue to strive to improve. Knowing that they are being made accountable for every cleaning will help not only them but it will help us to keep you as a valued client.
